Sea Level Rise Seminar to be held at Woy Woy

Woy Woy and the wider Central Coast area is highly vulnerable to sea level rise due to the large number of waterfront properties and low-lying suburbs in the area.

The Woy Woy  peninsula itself is only 7m above sea level at its highest and is home to thousands of families. The impacts of a rising sea will be discussed at the seminar. Also a representative of the insurance industry will be presenting on what insurance companies are doing about the issue.

Come along and hear the latest and be part of the search for solutions.
